Notice – Important Information During COVID 19 Public Health Emergency
The novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has prompted the Government of Alberta to declare a state of public health emergency. Alongside government and public health officials, we are actively monitoring COVID-19 updates and we are following the latest guidance. As the Coronavirus pandemic continues to evolve, PrairieSky is prioritizing the health and safety of our workforce by directing our employees to work remotely from home. As a result of the new public health measures, we request that all time sensitive notices, communications and correspondence be sent via email to your usual contact at PrairieSky as well as directing a copy of your email to one of the following general department emails that are being closely monitored to ensure the receipt of any time sensitive material.
Leasing Inquiries: For inquiries regarding leasing fee mineral title or entering into other royalty arrangements, please direct a copy of your email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Land Compliance: For inquiries regarding lease continuation applications, offset notices, lease assignments, compliance with existing lease terms, or royalty payments, please direct a copy of your email to: LandComplianceInquiries@prairiesky.com.
Seismic Inquiries: For inquiries regarding any of PrairieSky’s seismic database, please direct a copy of your email to: email@example.com.
General Inquiries: For all other matters, topics or inquiries that are not covered by the department headings above, please send your email directly to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond in a timely manner.
Going forward, we request that all payments to PrairieSky be made by electronic transfer as opposed to the provision of physical cheques. To setup and/or coordinate electronic payments, please contact: email@example.com.
