PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. (“PrairieSky or the “Company”) is committed to conducting its business ethically and legally. In keeping with that commitment, it aims to provide an effective, consistent and appropriate procedure by which all incidents that potentially violate its policies, practices and guidelines or statutes, regulations, rules and policies applicable to the Company or the workplace are properly received, reviewed, investigated, documented and brought to an appropriate resolution.
If a covered person or external stakeholder would like to remain confidential when reporting a potential violation, the Complainant is encouraged to utilize the Company’s Whistleblower Hotline, which allows a Complainant to anonymously report concerns to the Chair of the Audit Committee and the Chair of the Board of Directors. The purpose of the Whistleblower Hotline is to provide covered persons and external stakeholders with a mechanism by which they can raise concerns in a confidential anonymous process.

The Hotline accepts messages in two ways: voicemail and web interface. You only need to leave one message, as both methods deliver your message directly to the Chair of the Board and the Chair of the Audit Committee.
